Download RegulationsAny member of the public may lay a complaint against an architect or quantity surveyor registered with NCAQS in terms of the Architect and Quantity Surveyors Act 13 of 1979.
Complaints should be submitted in writing by way of affidavit under oath. The affidavit must include an overview of the alleged concern, the timeframe of events, and copies of all supporting evidence (contracts, email correspondence, etc.).
Note: The Disciplinary Committee may recommend that a Registered Professional found guilty of misconduct be held liable for costs incurred by the tribunal.
