Appeal Process

Minimum Requirements to Request Appeal

Candidates may appeal the result of their APC results, subject to the following criteria:

Obtained a seventy (70) per cent pass for the APC 1 and APC 2 papers and the Oral.
The APC result has been re-assessed.
Appeal to the President within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification of re-assessment.

STEP 01

Complete Form

Download and complete the official APC appeal form in full.

STEP 02

Submit via Email

Submit the completed form to NCAQS via:
secretary@ncaqs.org

STEP 03

Confirmation

NCAQS will confirm receipt of your appeal form.

STEP 04

Final Decision

The President will reply within 45 calendar days. The decision is final and binding.
